Director of Scientific Operations

Over 25 years' experience in cell biology, bioanalysis and bioprocesses. Has coordinated multiple UK and global drug development studies in compliance with GLP and GCP regulations.

Project Director

Over 20 years’ experience in clinical development for CROs and small biotechs within the UK and USA. Experienced in designing and managing all aspects of Phase I to Phase III clinical studies, with a specific focus on oncology. 

Operations Director

Over 20 years’ experience in business operations, communications and public relations, including 12 years within the Life Sciences sector in Scotland.

Head of Regulatory

Expert in precision medicine oncology and regulatory strategy with 20 years’ experience in clinical-stage biotech, CROs and academia.

Project Manager

Expert in antibody development, having previously held a Senior Protein Scientist role developing, characterising and scaling-up antibody drug conjugate (ADC) processes.

Scientific Affairs Manager

MSc in Medical Biotechnology with 10 years’ experience in pre-clinical development, scientific communications and evidence review.

Financial Controller

ICAS-qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience, including positions with KPMG and PwC.

Office Manager

20 years’ experience in a variety of office management, project support, logistics, customer service and front-of-house roles, internationally.

Finance Manager

25 years’ experience in finance across various industries, including healthcare, energy, tourism and biotechnology.
